We offer precision faceplates for your custom electronic control installations. We create the face plate as a cutting diagram from your measurements or templates of control layout schematics. We add engraving such as product logo, meter positions, operating instructions and switch status markings to the carving instructions. We can exchange layout mock-ups via Email or Fax and with your approval, we create the face plate to your final instructions. Our equipment engraves the face plate data first and then cuts the holes, round or square and finishes the final outline with polished edges as the last step.

 

We draw and cut signs with letters up to 12" tall.  We can quickly create a sign for your shop, from 1/8" acrylic and have your logo art work incorporated in the design.

	We offer, full support for small quantity, quick turn around, low cost, precision manufacturing. We use “light” to carve, engrave and cut wood, plastic, paper and fabrics into finished products. We can mark or etch images on many surfaces including glass, acrylic plastic, anodized aluminum and other specialty laser compatible metals.
	For sewing banners, quilts and decorative fabric applications, Synthetic Fabric such as Sunbrella, Gortex, Nylon, Rayon and Fiber glass can be cut and serged in one step. the fabric will not ravel or fray from the laser cut edge.  Even sandpaper and adhesive backed nonskid material cuts cleanly with no wear on cutting tools.
