The cutting process is limited to a 12"x 18" x 4" fixed workspace. The tool follows cutting instructions from CAD based Vector instructions. We create the tool path, the speed, the intensity and the frequency the Laser pulses. We load the stock and the tool cuts to .01 " of the intended path. We welcome inquiries and request for quotes on cutting products. We charge $1.50/minute for the cutting and $30.00 for the setup and CAD required to make your project Laser compatible. This is a one time charge for the first piece. Then the costs drop to burn time and product handling. The products above required about $20 of laser time after we finished the set-up.
These are examples of the quality of the Laser cutting process. The cutting burn time to create the house model was 18 minutes. |
